Oh yeah, wanted to add...finding good coaching staff has been quite easy, and scouts with good attributes (I won't write "good scouts" because there aren't any good scouts in this edition ) has been fairly easy too. But, some of the good ones are very young. I signed a 22 year old as coach (or maybe even Asst. Man.), and another 25 year old as coach.

When I see coaches and scouts under 30, I always tend to think of the "SI staff and friends in the database" factor.

I have also spotted young retired players (long injury processes) starting their career as coaches in their middle 20's :eek:
