I know I'm not supposed to give tips but I think I may have a handle on what's been holding the team back. You may want to consider a lightweight shorts and short sleeved shirt combo as an alternative to armor for matchday wear... :p

i find invariably that if i get promoted early in a game, then i struggle over the next couple of years. However if i do like Taips has done then the next years are more fruitful.
