what a world cup 2014 qualifying record i have had with holland. my 1st world cup and i went the whole qualifying without loosing and whats more without conceding a goal. i had taken holland to euro victory in 2012 in 1st season wich ment they were 1st in the world. part of my sucess is due to regens called rob stam and erik van der linde but also kuyt, robben and babel were to thank for this success as well

Quick Q, can you manage internationally as well as at club level? Or is it one or the other?

you can manage both a club and international at the same time.
