I do not know if this is a bug or just something I am missing so any help would be fantastic.

Playing as Peterbrough and got them promoted as per what the board wanted. In my second season in League One I finished 10th with my board expecting me to battle bravely against relegation and enjoy the experience. Just about to start Season three but my manager reputation is still unproven!!!!!

Is this right?

It takes a while to change. I think the changes occur when moving up leagues.

I would agree but I was promoted from league two to one in my first season so I would have expected something then

I've found that my reputation changes only when the new season's budget and expectations are agreed to when you meet with your board.

I haven't noticed my reputation moving during the season. I've only noticed my description change during the season.

It probably updates at the same time as your stats do. Not sure though.

i started half way throught the season with bologna with local rep i got them promoted to the serie a and my rep went to regional and just this minute i beat ac milan 5-1 dont know how as we have had bad form so far but my rep went to national
