I have a player who is 36 and is averaging 7.22, yet I get an email from my Ass Man saying that this player cannot perform adequately at this level anymore and should be let go. Thats the last time I take any advice from my Ass Man! Is this a bug or is it because I just have a stupid Ass Man?

Its an issue within the game that a player is rated by age rather than ability or performance.

David Weir at Rangers is 1st choice for club and country in real life, but in the game is in the reserves and transfer listed.
