I have a question about Real Madrid. When you manage Real are you also in charge for the transfers of Castilla? I mean I know you can't take over Castilla, but am I in charge of getting new players in? If yes then it kind of sucks bc when I scout a player, he will be compared with my first team and not with the Castilla team and therefore he will be a worthless player. If anybody knows please let me know.

It's still treated as a reserve team, so field your first team reserves, and if you really want to succeed with Castilla bring in young talent who will be amazing in the future and field them in the reserve squad.

Yeah but the Spanish league is broken in FM08. you cant register players properly for the B teams like Castilla.

completely off topic, but i remeber in cm 01-02, i was madrid and i got castilla promioted to the second division which they won and then they werent allowed to get promoted!!! cant be in same division i suppose, but i was destraught,
