Seriously if you are a football fan throw any preconceptions you have for what you think the tactical sliders and settings might do based on their name. Have a read of some of the threads listed here

If you have no problems with realism setting your past experience as 'International Footballer' can make a big difference in how your new squad perceives you, their morale and how they perform.

Also be prepared to face a few 'banging my head against a brick wall' moments as well as finding yourself screaming at the little dotss on your computer screen while your flatmates/family/neighbours debate whether or not to call for the men in white coats

If your club doesnt already have an assistant manager, get one. You cant get by without a good assistant....well you can but its a pain in the ****
