as far as I know every football player wants to be sucesfull; to make his pass, to cut opositions, to run over his oponent and not to alow him to do that.
I agree with george that coming for the pass is basics in football. but they don't do it, even those who have PM "comes deep for the ball".
I want to say even though it's a game we are managing people not robots. even when you say your player not to play long passes he will try those from time to time. it's in our nature.
we can't say to our players to come to the pass/ that we are too strached, to hug the line and that's a shame.
