When i am winning and dominating at halftime, i always say i am pleased with them.
Especially players with high scores, but for players with scores below 7 i try to motivate or say "there is no pressure".
I don't use entire team talks much, i use the individual talk in most cases which seem to work better.
I stay away from the "don't get careless" team talk for offensive players and only use it for defensive players which seem to work for me.
