I have just got a new PC a Athron 64 3600 processor with XP and 2 gig ram. I loaded up fast checked threading was on then stated a game. The game reccomends i run only 9 leagues on small database, i know i can run more and have done with the larger data base but whay does the game recomend such a small number.

Also is there a way to speed up the game as it is slowing down over time.

The recommended number of leagues is always accepted as being at the very bottom of the numbers you should be able to run, so you will comfortably be able to run more than the recommendation.

The only way to speed up running is to reduce the detail level or delete the match files.
