Definitely the wrong place to ask for these.

For face packs, check in the skinning sub forum (link at top of GQ)

For trainign schedules, check under tactics/training sub forum - i thought the second one was fairly obvious, but hey ho.

And have a search before asking otherwise people might moan at you.
