i posted last week about kiko mizuno not being in the game it was suggested this is due to licenceing i accept that would he be in the transfer patch next month?

I would imagine whatever the reason was before, will remain.
I'm not from SI. Went to MFI on Tuesday though.

Oliver Kahn hasn't been included for a number of versions.

i guess if he has signed for celtic, he would be in the update as SI have scottish licencing.

just a guess, it may be more complex than that.

Nakamura plays in Scotland and SI have a licence for the SPL.

Until just now I had never heard of Kiko Mizuno but I now know that he signed for Celtic in early Jan.

I would guess that he came from a league that wasn't licensed and as he is now in a licensed league he should be in the data update that will be contained in the Feb(ish) patch.
