Say a player is lazy (low workrate) or selfish (low teamwork). IRL, don't managers effect this somehow? Like a manager can tell a player that unless he learns to play as a team or he starts doing his fair share of work, he'll be dropped.

I wish we could do this in FM. And some players would react positively and have higher workrate/teamwork att. while playing for us. Or they could react negatively and dislike us.

mental attributes for coaches raise the WR and TW players attributes. depends what your coaching setup is.

Some players IRL seem immune from any influence when lazy or selfish. And, if you thinnk about it, that makes sense. Motivation is a door that's locked from the inside.

I think you can change both those attributes in training.
