Im half way through my 3rd season with Man Utd in FM08 and seem to have some interesting stats in my manager profile.
While I appreciate where the mental stats come from Im unsure what determines a managers coaching style. My profile claims I prefer a defensive style of coaching, but my playing mentality in adventurous. If I wanted to change my coaching style would I have to change the coaches I have set in place?
Also, what determines a managers knowledge of another league? I have full knowledge of the English league, and a certain amount of knowledge regarding the Scottish league, but out of nowhere I also seem to know something about the Swedish league! I dont have dual nationality, I have not scouted Sweden or even recruited any Swedish players or coaches, and I dont have any Swedish affliated with my team! Any ideas?
