You won't get an official reply, just user guesses. The information could potentially be used to reverse-engineer the game.

In answer to your second question, you could count the names in the credits, assuming you own the game. I'm not about to do it for you. I'm too lazy and don't care.

But if you don't own the game, I am curious as to why you want to know ...

wouldn't make any difference if i knew it was c++ or not. i still wouldn't be able to hack into it

Ov Collyer is lying.

The use Microsoft Excel, FM08 even has the landscape flying game hidden in it and it can calculate your tax return.
