One of my players werent perfoming well a while ago and i used the "going to rest" interaction and gave him a vacation of 2 weeks. The guy came back plaing real well!!
Now one of my youngster is feeling the pressure and I used the same interaction from above, but cant find where i give him vacation... can only find the rest from training.
Where i give him vacation?

im playing in portuguese and i dont know what jaded means, but in his personal profile says he is "upset because of much expectations on him".

I put him on bench for 3 games and he is back...
but i still would like to know how to put'em on vacation...

i've never said i'm going to give a player a rest. i'm an evil employer

but i thoughty ou could only send a player oon holiday if they were upset.
like home sick, then you would get the option to send them home for a few weeks.

The option of sending to vacation is only available when the player is unfit (Unf) or have mental problem.
Resting is good for jaded players.
Giving vacation doesn't always work well, I had a U18 who played real well before, so he was used every match and eventually went unfit. I sent him off for vacation, but when he came back his rating was 6,5,5,6,5,5. After a while, he eventually bounced back to 8-9 again.
