I did a search, couldnt find any answer for this. I would just like to know - when is it appropriate to use this talk? I swear, Ive used it when playing against rivals, when Im down 1-0, 2-0, 3-0 in front of my fans, when ive been winning, when ive been down to 10 men, when im playing against a super team. I always get the same response from every player - Nothing Specific Noted. Not one player has ever responded to it in about the 50 so times I have used it. Can someone tell me if it has ever worked for them in getting a response, and in what situation did you use it? Thanks.
I used as Portsmouth manager when we played Southampton. Needless to say we won 3-1. However, would probably of had more effect if I had more players from my youth team in the first team.
I have tried every single team talk and the response is always "nothing specific noted".
I think it depends on what you think the response has been as this feature is pretty useless IMO, e.g. Huntelaar on a 6 at half time i'm "angry" and he finishes on an 8, what do you think his response to my team talk was? You guessed it "nothing specific noted".
