On day of winning MLS (the last of the above achievements date-wise)

Long term expectations = "The board are very disappointed that the team only reached the playoff semi final of the MLS last season*. They are concerned that the long-term targets were not reached in the timescale specified"!!!

* I actually reached the MLS Final(!?!?), it was the year before that I only reached the semi final.

Overall confidence = Satisfied, "The teams fantastic performance in the MLS has been a particular highlight" & "Nethertheless the club do have long-term ambitions and you are expected to dramatically improve on your efforts to meet these targets"!!!!!!!

Seriously, what is going on here? How could I possibly "improve on my efforts" when I have won everything possible?

I see alot of people complaining on here, but I must admit I have quite enjoyed the game in its current installment thus far, however, I cannot help feeling just a little bit fed up that this is problem is happening, I mean board confidence is quite a big thing and it seems to be messed up and is making me feel like I can't be arsed anymore.

Anyone, else had problems like this in MLS, or any other league for that matter (except england i'm sure which -of course- is spot on

Had same thing with barcelona, joined them in 2011, in the prior 4 seasons they had only won the spanish cup, i come in, win uefa / league and get to final of cup, next year i get to final of cmaps league and won the rest, then mine said the same, and they wre refusing to give me a new contract because i didnt reach the long term objectives lol, oh well. just another fault to add to the long list SI have to sort out, seriously never been so many bugs.
