571 is just as real as the default 300 imo. In my opinion, Chelsea simply dont have a budget. If Mourinho wants someone, the money is there. Since the default budget should be good enough though, I wouldnt change it, no reason too really.

isn't this what chelsea actually does? buying the whole world? there is no fair struggle between clubs in real life, so it would be realistic to implement this in fm as well.

Yes, but because he moved during the season, on the earlier versions of the game he is still at Heerenveen, but on 6.0.3 he is at Ajax, so if the update was built using an earlier version then he would be but it does need to be changed.

BTW, anyone see Huntelaars goal for Holland U21s against France U21s in the UEFA U21 Championship? Amazing.
