I have searched buty to no avail.

Can you use the "FUTURE_REGEN" command in an .EDT in FM2006?

Can SI please clarify this?

I have added an .EDT with future regen commands and not one of them has appeared in FM2006 in over 15 years in the game.

I'm sure it worked in FM2005.

Can anyone help?

The command line I use is:

"FUTURE_REGEN" "Nick" "Nickolia" "Mahlitz" "27-01-1991" "Scotland" "Aberdeen"

so yours looks correct... he should appear, do a search dor Nickolia. He will most likely not appear at aberdeen by the way.

I hhave over 20 of my mates in an .EDt file and NONe of them appear at all.

And they all have nicknames and I've searched them in FM and nowt.

I assume that this does not work in FM2006?

Anyone got it working? Is it best to use ID's?

The club is not the club at which they will appear, it is their favourite club (listed in their profile).

I dont think Id's will work with future_regen commands.

I am not sure why its not working then, it should do.

Ok no bother.

The DOB though, I set all my regens to have there year as 1991 so that they would be 14/15 if they became a regen at the start of the game.

What should the year be? Does it matter?
