Hello there

I've been playing quite some time with a Belgian second division squad and I think it's time for something new.

So I'd like to make a squad with only the best. However, I can imagine that putting important players on the bench can make them unhappy, requesting transfers etc.

Which settings should I alter to make them less full of themselves?

There are many different stats which could alter this. Many of them in different ways. such as;
Ambition, Making them less ambitious could make them not bothered about being a sub.
Loyalty, High loyalty will make them give you more respect (you'd have to earn it first)

I think altering any other stats, such as Determination etc. would have adverse effects on the players.

i wouldnt do any mate

except maybe raise ur clubs rep by say a thou maybe the leauguees your in rep them up a lil buit


then justy lower the rep of ur players a wee bit


DONT change loyalty etc!

you're probably right, but when I get a very good performance from a player, I'm likely to always put him onfield... which would result in his backup star sitting on the bench..

I'm Currently starting a game like this myself, ill alter a few things and tell you what happens. I can always change it back.

It will give me a rest from the Promotion to the Premiership challenge with Swansea.

Do you actully bring your subs on? i dont i just leave then there lol, if your first team is good then who cares about your subs complaning?

i started a thread about this. trying to identify the particular attribute that make players complain.

Loyalty and sportsmanship appear the main ones to me.

I have this problem with my wingan side in 2011, as i can now afford any player i want and am the best tema in the world by a country mile (fairly as well i might add)
