This is only done in two leagies, not equally hard though, the premiership and championship format.

-Extract the rar to your My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\db\ folder. An example of the path is CDocuments and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\db .
-Start Football Manager 2007
-Click "new game"
-When prompted which database to use, scroll down to the Ultimate League and click ok.
-Play Now, Have fun

Thanks, some feedback at least, its only beta so ill do some more work later, i need some team members aswell so if anynes interested, i need to finish off the FA Cup ect

Downloaded and followed your installation directions to the letter. When i get chance to select the database, yours isn't there.

Dave, is a folder in you DB Folder called Ultimate league? if it isnt make one, extract it there

Very funny, Man City in Second Ultimate League. They are not even gonna be in Prem come May.
