I'm in 2016 now, but for the past three seasons, it seems I can't go on a decent runs of games, bear in mind I have been Inter and currently Barca, got arguably one of the best teams on the game. Just wondering does there become a point where whatever tactic you use, it doesn't work, because I have tried everything.

If you got as far as 2016 and got a job offer from Barça you can't have been that bad!

Well I did start with Bayern, I won the league twice in four seasons, but after that it just seemed I can't really get consistent enough to win the league, both with Inter and I'm doing even worse with Barca now, I end up coming in the top five all the time.

I have been thinking, I tend to keep the same tactic for home and away games, maybe this needs tweaking.
