How does using a target man work if you list players as target men, but do not select "use target man". I would imagine nothing would happen, but I'd like to be sure. Also, what if I select "use target man" but don't list any target men. Or if I choose a type of service to my targert man, but either don't choose a target man or don't select "use target man"?
One thing I have noticed is that when playing 3 forwards, I find the "hold up ball" option for my target man to be counter productive. If I put the other two forwards onto high forward run and don't select "hold up ball," my target man seems to play lots of flick-ons into space for my other guys to run onto and score, whereas using "hold up ball" too often leads to me having number in attack, but dropping the ball back to midfield instead. Has anyone else noticed this?
