hi all,
a quick question - do backroom staff coaches stats improve?

Can't give a sure answer but when I used the scouting program it appeared that some staff had an ability difference, so this would suggest that they can gain attributes.

Ive never seen any changes in backroom staff stats, but it would make sense if a young scout gained better experience in judging players as he aged and gained knowledge, or a gk coach developed better technical awareness with age. But for the sake of programming all that extra data, i doubt si would go to those lengths.

I have never seen stats improve, but sometimes they decline! I don't know if they improve again later.
I noticed the decline because I was able to get shooting on max stars at one point, then some time later, shooting had lost a star. Then I started to keep track of my coaching staff's stats.
I bothers me a lot, but I guess it is realistic. Some skills should decline with age, whereas some should improve.

Yes, I think they improve. I'm pretty sure of that. But I'm not 100% sure.
At least I think that I have seen my backroom staff improve Didn't do that on FM 2006, though.
