This is my current tactic , i use it with my Portsmouth , i win 2 league and 1 Euro Champions Cup vs Chelsea after that i go to Villas in the second half of my third season
I would recommend a couple of things when you use it:
- good 2 CB with good heading , jump and some time pace is useful
-two good wingers with pace , cross and dribbling I use Mauro Esposito , Daniel Carvalho and he do the job
- the left mc u can use ur DMC and the right u should use player who have hight creative
- The right striker use player who have targerman skills and pace the left should have good finishing and pace .

The tactic needs a few tweaks/adjustments to make it work better.
1. Need to defend a lot more deeper to make the counter attack more effective
2. try playing a bit more defensive, that will encourage the opposition to come at you so you can hit them on the break
3. for fast break aways, set your tempo to quick and your passing style to direct that way the players will be looking to get the ball forward as fast as possible
