hello, just seen on my FM . Frank Lampards profile "Currently Tutoring (Player)"

Just wondering how do u do that ? How do u make your players teach the young ones? Thanks

Select the young player you want to have a tutor go into player interaction and then at the bottom there should be an option to select the tutor and then state 1 of 3 options just above that you feel that player can learn from said player.

it affects the young athlete's mentality/approach to the game + he can learn a few new moves that the tutor knows..
that's all i know.
