hi guys this is my first tactic (and post) and would really appreciate some feedback on the tactic.

I have been working on this for a long time now. Got tired of other tactics and the inconsistent results that came with them.

It is a 4-1-4-1 type tactic which makes for a balanced defence and attack.

As its my first tactic i would like plenty of feedback and comments. Good or bad.

I have been testing the lastest version with Newcastle but have been tweaking with it while at Bolton and West Ham

I know its only 12 games in but it worked with West Ham before i was with Newcastle

I think you have hear a good tactic :thup: the only problem i notice is the striker doesnt score alot the main goals come from the 2 MAC but overall i think it has a lot of potencial :thup:

Sid what kind of striker do you use?is he a target man?

I think you should make your striker run wide or forward, it's easier to score goals that way!
