Since you only have ONE right defender it would make more sense to buy a right back then all those happy high rated players.

zapata by now should be in another club... otherwise get him. buy ustari, sell foster, keep VDS. get aguero, fred or gyan. buy matias fernandez as replacement for giggs.
i would prefer u keeping all ur youngsters in reserve team. tutor those whu have potential. buy saivet have him tutored by rooney and tevez. sry, but there's a lot to improve.

I would look into getting the following players, as these positions appear to be your weakest:
GK - Akinfeev or Ustari
RB - Rafinha
LM - Silva or Matias Fernandez (sp)
AM - Modric
ST - Fred, Benzema, Huntelaar or Falcao
All other positions seem ok.
I would also look at getting a few young players in that you can groom into future stars.
