I need a solid DM/CM, good creativity and passing, and preferably with good acc/pace

i have 1.9mil to spend, i am celtic, into my 2nd season and transfer window will close soon.

My scouts are raving about Ropotan as a DM signing. He seems well worth the price, but I can't seem to sign him. Maybe you should try...

the only one that comes to mind is zola from monaco, i'm not sure though if he could start, he is still young and needs to learn some more
