I suggest a different league to be honest. Serie A would be a good place to start, and if you don't want to manage the biggest, go for Udinese or Fiorentina and try to win the title. Both have exciting young squads with lots of potential - you can't go wrong with either.

Try the Russian League.. Very competitive with 3-4 good teams.

if i am not wrong, the russian legue starts in february, so when you start the game there is no competiton in signigs the "bargains"  | |

villa would be a good go. decent team, a bit of money, good support and should get in europe first season with a few new signings. Also they have some good english players in young, barry, agbonlahor and cahill.
