I want to manage in a league where im not restricted to the players i can play. i.e 3 non eu players allowed etc. which leagues have no rules? i know bulgaria is one.

and what rules apply in Italy and Spain - a total number of foreigners in the squad or a total number of foreign purchases in season ?

for italy you can have as many non euros as you want BUT you can only buy 1 non euro player from outside Italy a season

Spain is only 3 or 4 non euro i think but that can be gotten over by placing non euros into B teams and then after regisrating them placing them back into your first team

does anybody know the rules in smaller european leagues like hungary,romania,serbia etc? i like the challenge of makin these kind of teams into european forces. thanks
