Apologies if this is in the wrong forum but not sure where it should go. Anyways, here goes:
Half way through my second season with Celtic I signed Nazarith, 18 year old from Columbia, to come at the end of the season. I tried twice and didn't get a work permit. Anyways it was deadline day and I only had the £1 mil he was costing left in the transfer budget so I signed him.
Now I am going into the start of 3rd season and he has arrived, though has wp next to his name.
How long will it be until I can re-apply for work permit? Is loaning him out the best course of action? Is he any good? I can't seem to find any help/information about this within my game itself...
Loan him out and then when he gets back try and register him again, if a player makes senior international appearances then it makes it easier to get a wp, usually.

How long do I have to wait to register him again? A whole season? He has 15 caps and a good few goals and is only 18!
Try offering him a new contract and he should get it. I have him in my Blackburn squad and he got a contract on appeal, he hasnt started many matched for me but looks very promising, He was Livingstones (my feeder club) top scorer last season and I've had enquiries from Arsenal.
