I signed him at beginning of third season at Liverpool.

I'd keep trying because I couldn't sign Rafinha at start of 2nd season for same reason then tried again about a month later and he was granted a conditional work permit.

i managed to get a wp at the start of the second season so as mick says just try again. Do you not have a wp feeder club?

he's currently the italy keeper in my game so he should have a 2nd nationality.

Are you on the 801 patch? Might be to do with that. If you are playing on that one, have you set his contract offer as First Team or higher? Try getting a Belgian, Dutch or Romanian feeder club, although a player of his quality shouldnt need to gain nationality that way.

I have a lot of problems signing foreigners - can't get a permit for Cahais, although I signed him anyway to fend of Benfica. He's been on loan in Romania for 2 and a half seasons, coming to the end of his contract.

Or jst dnt bother signing him at all look at other keepers such as Lloris-form nice

Or even go for Enyeama, he's relatively young, good price and will either be a good back-up or your new number 1, but if you want real quality look at the usual suspects, like Akinfeev or Ochoa
