Some players are Foreign and some leagues have strict rules about foreigners in EU


What leagues are the best suited for the foreigners to get a new nationality

I know
Romania 4 years
Bulgaria 3 years
Poland 3 years

are there countries that ask for less years to grant nationality?

If the player is latin american it only takes 2 years in Spain.
