Reasons not to transfer list players? Not wanting to upset the squad and fans by listing a star player is usually one. Can't be bothered having mutinous players creating problems and disruption, I 'd rather keep the star player and leave the squad and fans content.

I've never had that problem in 4.1.5. Every time one of my "star" players has left the club no-one seems to have noticed. Which is lucky, because I seem incapable of hanging on to star players.
