All of my players are on a full time contract for at least 3 months now.

IIRC, it had something to do with how much of all the personnel (backroom, playing (pro's & U19)) were on full-time...

Dunno for sure though...

WAHGERTY!11, the old semi-pro question redux.

In CM3 in England it was when your Team got to Division 2 that the status went to Pro, whereas in Scotland it never changed. Players' contracts had nothing to do with it.

03/04? I'd always assumed it was the same, but maybe someone else can tell you.

Been a while since I saw this one

I have no idea to be honest and never paid much attention to it as it's never really impacted on a game I've played, and its not a huge issue in my experience.

Can't be that, Ian...

Already in professional football in my Spanish game and the team is still regional&semi-pro...

Not that it bothers me... It is only something cosmetic, but I think it depended on the % of full time personnel on the club...

Well, I am in the beginning of my 1st season in Serie B in Italy, I have about 60 players on my squad, all backroom staff is on pro contracts. But the team is still semi-pro

It might depend on the league/country you're currently playing in. Maybe if you get promoted to serie A, your team's status might change.
