In all my time in CM I have never been offered a job. I've applied and got a quite a few jobs but never been offered any. I'm jealous!! Must be because no one wants to hire an Australian manager.

Definately it has to do with your nationality...If you are an Aussie in England (like me) you just don't get the job offers

They'll start to come Taips. It just takes longer. I played as an american in Scotland and got some very strange job offers--but not until three to five seasons passed if I remember. But yes, nationality does seem to play a strong role.
