Lower League Management is about where you start, and - most important - how you play the game.

Hull aren't unacceptable, they're too easy for an experienced LLaMa to play with, but ideal for a novice.

As for how you continue your game, any Team that approaches you is fair game, note approaches, not is applied for.

Anyone noticed that teams approaching you have gone off the long range radar with 4.1.5?

In previous patches, you were almost guaranteed that a team would approach you before Xmas, which was highly unrealistic.

Five seasons with 4.1.5 and I haven't been approached once, which is how I would expect it to be.

I've never noticed a queue at the door when I've been sacked, so you've pretty much got to. Whether anyone wants you or not is another matter.

I think it now depends more on your reputation AND your wages. If those are high, you won't get approached by smaller teams. I constantly get job offers from Premiership and First division. There were lots more offers with previous patches, that's for sure.

I'm with Humph on this one. Even as an obscure American managing in Scotland I was getting some strange job offers, like the Celtic job when I only managed to get Elgin to the first division, which was some good work, but really nothing that warrants the Celtic job, even though by then I gained Scottish citizenship.

There were lots of offers from Poofland in there too.

I just left Pau after 2 seasons of beating off British lower league (Div2 down) with a big stick. I'm pretty sure I'm not that good.

Can I ask you guys with the job offers, have you started a new game with 4.1.5 or is it a continuation. I am in england and have only been offered two jobs in a season, where before I may have been offered upto 5+.

I've seen it with both Craig. My current game was started in 4.1.5 and seems like I get more offers than before, but I think that part of the reason is that I started out as an English manager in France, and English teams kept coming after me. I've just moved back (to Cheltenham),so will see whether I still get as many offers.
