I sign some good players for team in the second division, and by offering them maximum, bonuses and the like they are happy to play for my little but improving team with no complaints. They are happy to be playing and scrapping for promotion each season.

So how come when we finally make it we're in the big time they all get the hump. everyone if pi*sed off, they either can't settle in the area (when jonny foriegner has been happy before in the lower leagues) they all get new contracts but they are still not happy, they don't like the fact I fine them for sendings off, when before that was ok. And how come now when one of them gets the hump they all get the hump the list goes on.

What is it about players that when they smell success they suddenly start to spit out their dummies!!

Success can go to a mans head, bp. Can you imagine how bad they would be if you were promoted again? They would be driving fast cars to work, in the tabloids and going out/dumping/going out/dumping Supermodels and gay guys.
