No, I never change my birthday, but as Jon I do change the name:

Jordi Vicens when managing in Spain
George Vincent in UK it is
Georges Vincent whenever in French Speaking countries.
Jorge Vicente in Portuguese Speaking ones...

Anyone notices a pattern?

I always use my real name when managing no matter what country, although I use my real nationality as well. More of a challenge!!

It feels like I have to do extra well for the locals to accept me. Then if we start to do well I can draft in people from back home and I feel as if they came over because of my reputation.

I normally use either a)Irish nationality when I'm playing in the UK or b) the same nationality as the league I start in if I play anywhere else.

I always use the name Zippy McDuff, Just a title I use for all computer based stuff.

a friend of mine, likes the good old 'Bigus Dicus' as his name.

another mate goes for really left feild names like Ragu Fishcake, or Spagbol trifle.

it can look good when it comes to the news.
