It actually sounds like a good thing for FM, Ian. Assuming the game is the same, then what SI have just done is added MLS, something Eidos won't do (based on past performance), and get a distribution deal with locally pertinent brand recognition in the US. It will make things easier for me. I won't have to import a copy (unless they make the actual game code different, but the word from SI is only the title will change).
I know what you mean about the yankeefication, but this one gets a :thup: from me.

I've missed that announcement. Hmmm. That is good news. I've always had to order my copy from California. Not to mention it's nice to have some proper US players and teams in, rather than this made up gibberish.
The baseball game is quite good actually. I bought it for my brother and he enjoys it. They've never had a license though.
Looking forward to NHL: EHM as well. Demo coming in a matter of weeks.

Well that means we will have all the USA leagues and no other ones as, of course, nobody outside of the US plays any sport. We can have the World Cup with USA versus Mexico and that small uninmportant country to the North, I can never remember its name.
The death knell of football, soccer manager here we go.
