It doesn't actually mean anything though does it? Let's be honest, It will not make you a better manager if 20's were displayed or 1's. 
All it does is boost your ego. I don't even look at it.

What I've found is that being a strong believer in raising your own players never brings your ambition up...
But it's only a stat... I couldn't care less, tbh

It would take an average intelligent monkey five minutes to work out what makes those stats go up & down. Be a goodie two-shoes and the stats go up & up. Be a tough arse manager, and they go down. Hardly rocket science.
Really just eye candy isn't it?
