Admittedly, i have only played with the top clubs until now but i want to enter lower-leage management to bring a new challenge to the game. With the top clubs its all about attracting the top players and playing with the right tactics, i haven't really been bothered with training, scouting, loan deals and all the rest of it. So im looking for tips on how to manage that type of club where the top is far away and it's all about making the best out of what you have and management. Any tips would be much appreciated

Actually, the forum header contains all that you need to know. Just use your scouts to find players, listen to your coaches (easier said than done, admittedly), and generally act in a realistic way.
