I've never ever had a job offer from an international side, be it CM3 or CM4. Anyone noticed that you get duel nationality if you are playing in a foreign country? In my current game I am now Australian/English, which means I could in theory get an offer to manage the English poofs if the game gods allow it to be so.

I will take great joy in turning them down.

Actually nationality mattered more in CM3 than in CM4, especially if you tried to get a job in England and you weren't from the Isles.
