In my current game, "Firs Park to...", we're about 3 months into the season and we have 10 (yes friends...10) first team regulars out with long-term injuries.
3 are out for 6 months (1 torn calf, 2 groins), 1 for 5 months (was 6, groin), 2 are out for 4 months (both groin) and 4 are out for 3 months (3 groins and a calf)
Anyone beat that?
(Obviously my boys are beating something with all those groin tears )
I had something like 6 or 7 injuries at the online game. Only a few of them were long-term thankfully, but i had problems with the team then. I put it down to the intense training schedule (only two rest periods per week ). A new physio could also be the answer to your problem.
I'm not one for knee-jerk, quick-fix solutions I reckon it's just one of those things that are sent to try us (and the Good Lord has a habit of doing it when I'm on nightshift - I must have really arsed up in a previous life )
In my current Argentina save, where I'm without coach, without ass man and without a physio (thanks to my really awesome "local" reputation), half of my squad is injured. The list of injured players:
2 of 4 goalies, including #1 and #2
5 of 7 forwards, including #1, #2, #3, #4, #6
7 of 15 midfielders, including my top 4 midfielders
5 of 8 defenders, including everyone but my #1 left full back
My current playing squad consists mainly of 15 or 16 year olds, or guys > 36 years. Of course they play *****, not scoring for the last 7 games. :o
11? Ouch, thats gotta hurt (if you pardon the expression). I though I was hard doneby with my 3 first-teamers who are layed off with longish-term injuries.
