I remember in my Billericay game, I had seven centre backs when I was in Division Three.

Well, of course, four decided to get injured. Then two days before a cup game against league champions Chelsea, a fifth got injured.

It left me with a 39 year old player coach who hadn't played a game for two and a half years and a 16 year old who had played just once as a sub for the reserves.

How I only lost 4-0 I'll never know, but that's the worst injuries I've had before.

Wow that not too flash. Worst I've ever had was one game when I was missing 7 out of 9 defenders although one was through a suspension. Had to play a left winger at left back and a cenre mid at right back. Think we somehow got a draw. The left winger went on to play quite a few games at the back as I had only one DL in the squad. He didn't do too bad actually.
