I have in my current game. Slipped from Banska Bystrica who were running 1st in Sloavakian 1st division to Wacker Tyrol, a squad in receivership and fighting relegation in the Austrian first. Took the job as a mean of escaping eastern europe.

Struggled with Tyrol and just before getting sacked (2 votes of confidence had been received - you know what that means), Southampton offered me a job.

Aye Bigpants, you are right. While I wasn't actively applying for jobs, I had resolved myself to take the first offer out of Innsbruck. It was divine providence that it was a step up to the EPL.

Make it 4. after sitting in mid table for most of the season with lens, I saw the Swindon job had come up, and with them being my home town and all and never having had a go at sorting them out I felt it was my duty to try something so jumped ship. the only record I take with me is managing 5 0-0 draws in a row so I guess it true whats been said that goals come harder as the game progresses.

As those of you in the LLM clan A game know, in my first season with the posse I found myself managing 3 teams. At the beginning of the season I was stictched up by being given Queens Park. After being winless in 13 I turned them round and went on a good run. Then in mid-season I was lured to Shrewsbury in the English Conference where I was going nowhere fast but with 2 matches to go I was asked to take the reins at St. Mirren in Scot Div 2 just in time to secure promotion! I should point out that in all 3 cases each club was 'vacated' by clan members. I'm determined to stick with the current team now.

The real irony for me is that this is my first online game. In all my years of playing CM I have never ever accepted another job. Always a loyal one-man team me!
