I just came across one of my players who is living in a dream world. Midway throught last season he demanded a new contract, and I promised him one at the end of the season, as it was the best option available.
He was playing well, so a couple of months later while I was dealing with contracts I improved his deal.
At the end of the season he complains I promised to improve his deal. I upped his bonuses a bit.
At the start of next season he whinges I haven't done anything about his contract again. Hello? Did you forget those two improvements you just signed? Git. [/rant]
He's a good player, and I' not going to p*** him off. I can afford to push his contract a little. I was just amazed that he didn't realize he'd already signed two new contracts in the last year.

It's like what was said said on the upset thread, they are just jumped up little sh*ts.
and the code doesn't like you changing your mind. I gave players new contrats before the month was up when I asked them to play well, and they are telling me they want better contracts as i promised.
PS. Kfoolmoon can you tell me where the fu*k off option is I've been looking al over for it......or is it disgusied as the Peter Reid button (yay PR for Coventry )
