I was just some days ago sacked in my Argentina save from Talleres de Cordoba, 2 in-game weeks after winning the second division title. Due to supporters pressure. :eek:

Just saw another great sacking happen:

Vanderley Luxemburgo was hired manager of Brazil on July 7th, 2009. His aim was to win the upcoming CONCACAF Gold Cup.

He was sacked 11 days later.
Obviously, the board did not accept a 0-2 quarter final defeat to South Korea.

I was just sacked as Manager of South Korea after losing out in the semi-final of the Asian Cup to China for poor performance.

10 days later they approached me to Manage the Team in the forthcoming World Cup qualifiers

I was sacked after being told by the swedish FA I needed to qualify for Euro 1216, which I did. though I lost all games in the group stage. I did what they asked and got sacked, what they should have said was qualify and then don't totaly balls it up in the group stage.

Note to self don't accept management of a country that is not in the game or nowhere near anyother country in the game. I don't know if others have found there are fewer players to pick from if the country is not a selected league

I was offered a job by the Iraq FA and as you might guess I did not have any selection problems in the beginning because there were only about thirty iraqis to be found.
When I had played about a year further there were loads of young iraqis, even some fairly good players, emerging out of the blue.

I was once sacked as manager of Republic of South Africa, after a losingless streak of 10 matches in WC qualifiers. It was due to bad performance.

I seem to recall the Swedes were a fairly poswerful squad back then, played tenacious defense. I think their centerback combo referred to themselves as "the black death" as a means of intimidating enemy strikers.
